This is where you start your CrossFit journey. All new members are required to take 3 classes that introduce you to some of our foundational lifts and moves whilst also providing a CrossFit workout.
Whether you avoid running at all costs or have successfully run several marathons, we have a running class for you.

It’s not often you find an adult gymnastics program. In this class, we focus on movement fundamentals, flexibility, and coordination.
Feeling good? Get ready to feel great with our 90-minute extreme workout. A competition training workout for
well-conditioned athletes – whether or not you intend to compete.
Our certified coaches are available to work with you one-one so that you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
